Do I need a reservation?

No reservation? No problem — walk-ins are always welcome! Just drop in anytime during opening hours and we'll find you a spot. Reservations are recommended on weekends to guarantee entry, but we never turn away a cat lover. 🐾

Are children allowed?

▾

Children aged 5 and above are welcome during all opening hours. For the safety and comfort of our resident cats, younger children are not permitted in the lounge.

Why do I need to wear socks?

▾

Shoes are not permitted in the cat lounge to keep things clean and safe for our cats. Please bring clean socks — or purchase a pair of adorable cat-themed socks from us at the door!

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

▾

Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the café. We have a full menu of specialty drinks and fresh sweet treats available for you to enjoy!

Are your cats friendly?

Absolutely! Our resident cats are well-socialised and love visitors. Each cat has their own personality — some love cuddles, some prefer to observe. We ask all guests to let the cats approach at their own pace.

Can I take photos of the cats?

Yes, absolutely — we encourage it! 📸 Please share your photos and tag us with #LilMeowCafe on Instagram and TikTok. We love seeing our cats through your eyes. Flash photography is not permitted as it can startle the cats.

What should I wear?

▾

Wear whatever makes you comfortable! The one rule is no shoes inside the lounge — clean socks are required. We sell adorable cat-themed socks at the door if you forget. We also recommend avoiding strong perfumes or colognes as cats have sensitive noses. 🐾

I have a cat allergy — can I still visit?

We do have cats throughout the lounge so we can't guarantee an allergen-free environment. If you have mild allergies, antihistamines taken beforehand can help. We recommend checking with your doctor if you have severe cat allergies before visiting.

What is the minimum age?

Children aged 5 and above are welcome at all times. For the comfort and safety of our resident cats, we kindly ask that younger children visit another time. All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

How do I pay when I arrive?

All payments are made in person at the café — no payment is required when booking online. We accept Credit Card, Debit Card and Zelle. 💳

What is the Purr Extra Special add-on?

For an extra $15 per person you can add our special experience — a bag of house cat treats to hand-feed the kitties yourself, plus a printed Polaroid photo of you with your favourite resident cat to take home as a keepsake! 📸🐾 Just mention it when you book or ask at the door.
